Core Network Technical Support Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for USPP/EPC installation, commissioning, testing, integration, and maintenance of Core network products.
- Support projects related core network products and provide technical solution
- Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting
- On-site Maintenance support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA
- Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
- Provide technical solution planning and hands-on support on core network products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree major in Telecommunication / Electrical / Computer technology
- Have good knowledge in core network product in prior
- Have good knowledge on IP networking in prior.
- Be proficient in English both spoken and written and computer literate
- Posses high motivation to learn and work hard
- Good communication with others
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
- Willing to be located out of Java island
LTE eNodeB Technical Support Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for LTE eNodeB installation, commissioning, testing, integration, and maintenance of RAN network.
- Support projects related RAN products and provide technical solution
- Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting
- On-site Maintenance support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA
- Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
- Provide technical solution planning and hands-on support on RAN network products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

LTE Optimization Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES- Data planning and preparation for new site rollout, XML file creation for RF detailed design for integration
- Pre launch optimization and network acceptance activities through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems.
- Post launch optimization, RAN New Features Activation planning and optimization
- Multi-radio design and optimization
- Defining and monitoring parameter consistency check rules in order to maintain parameter database consistent internally and implemented according to the default parameters
- Defining and monitoring KPIs reports on network, area and eNodeB level
- Defining and monitoring “worst objects” reports at eNodeB, adjacency, as well as troubleshoot them by recommending parameter changes, hardware changes or alerting O&M in case of hardware problem
